Applying Educational Technology to Issues of Practice the last of my certificate class.  Creating a personal technology plan, Special Interest Group presentation, and annotated research summary on topics selected by participants.  The design, implementation, and evaluation of a technology based project that addresses an existing educational problem or opportunity in participants’ own educational settings.
